We are becoming more acutely aware of the dangers in our food. Eating a healthy diet no longer means keeping an eye on our food groups and portions. Everyday we learn of poisons that are found in our food. From genetically engineered corn and pesticide use to reduce costs, preservatives to add shelf life and the countless deceptive tactics by Monsanto to deceive the public and line their corporate profits, it is a major struggle to keep our families safe from the food we need to live.
Many children suffer from allergies, ADD, ADHD, Asthma, sensory disorder issues and much more. These conditions are now the norm. I urge parents to look at the abundant research on how our foods are poisoning us. Take care to feed your family food that will nourish, not destroy. This is a call to action that can not be ignored.
